When will the floor layout be released?
The floor layout is scheduled to be released to exhibitors around mid to late July.
Can we choose our booth location?
We regret to inform you that it is not possible to show you the floor layout and allow you to choose your location in advance.
How are booth locations determined?
The organizer will decide booth locations considering past exhibition history and the products or technologies planned to be exhibited.
Does the application timing affect the booth location?
The timing of the application has no impact on the booth location.
Can we choose the open sides of the booth?
Similar to booth location, you cannot specify the open sides of the booth.
Badges
How many exhibitor badges can we receive?
We will provide the number of badges you request. There are no limitations.
How can we receive the exhibitor badges?
Badges will be distributed at a designated location during the setup period and the exhibition period. Detailed information will be provided by the secretariat around September.
Preparation for Exhibition
What is the process after submitting the exhibition application? 。
We will conduct an "Exhibitor Briefing" (on-demand) from mid to late July. The briefing will mainly cover the following:
・Package booth specifications and application method
・Rental equipment application and other various optional application forms
・Setup and dismantling schedule
・Construction and decoration regulations
・Floor layout release
When is the reception party?
It is scheduled to be held on the first day at the Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu. Further details will be provided by the secretariat.
Can we rent necessary items such as chairs and tables for the exhibition?
Yes, it is possible. Information will be provided during the "Exhibitor Briefing" Mid-July.
When can we learn about the setup and dismantling schedule?
Information will be provided during the "Exhibitor Briefing" Mid-July.
Can you introduce companies for transportation, construction, and interpretation services?
Yes, we can. Details will be provided during the "Exhibitor Briefing" Mid-July.
