Partnering system?
“Partnering” is a service that allows you to request appointments directly with targeted exhibitors or attendees prior to the show using the show's proprietary partnering system.
Appointments made through the system can be held during the show in a dedicated business meeting room in the partnering area of the venue.
This service is used for a wide range of purposes, including business connections for joint research and development, service proposals, and the in- and out-licensing of assets.
Why Use Parnering
The system allows you to approach target companies 3 months prior to the event through messaging and sharing files such as PDFs, so you can make more concrete proposals and exchange the most relevant information with them during the event. Furthermore, the system automatically schedules your meetings, reducing the burden of complicated planning.
This is the optimal participation method for strategically approaching your target audience.

In addition, the number of participants in the business development and R&D fields accounts for approximately 50% of the total, as many of them are eager to collaborate on joint research and development, propose services, and in-/out-license assets.

Partnering Feature/Registration
How can I register for partnering?
Visitor registration is required first. After that, please proceed with partnering registration via My Page.
How many people can participate with one account?
Only one person can register per account. The use of one account by multiple people is prohibited.
If there are multiple participants from the same company, can schedules and appointment statuses be shared with other members?
Yes, it is possible. Please contact the secretariat.
What is the maximum duration for one meeting slot?
The maximum duration for one slot is 25 minutes.
Payment
What is the participation fee?
The participation fee is ¥121,000 (including tax) for general participants and ¥88,000 (including tax) for organizer member companies.
Is payment by credit card? Can you issue an invoice?
We only accept credit cards, please make the payment by credit card.
How can I download a receipt?
Receipts can be downloaded on My Page after the credit card payment is completed
Participation Method
Is pre-registration required for partnering? How do I get my badge?
After signing up for Partnering please print your “Partnering Badge Ticket” on My Page and be sure to bring it with you on the day.
You can then exchange this ticket for the “Partnering Badge” at the venue. Please also bring a business card/id for identification.
Is online participation possible?
Partnering is primarily done in person.
If you are unable to come to Japan or the venue due to
circumstances, please set up an online meeting by yourself and
share the link through our messaging system.
Can colleagues who do not have an account enter the partnering area?
Entry to the partnering area is limited to those who have a partnering badge.
If you wish for your colleagues to accompany you, additional account purchase is required.
