First, you need to register as a visitor. Please register here. After registering as a visitor, you can register for partnering from the "Register Partnering Information" section on your My Account.

Only one person can register per account. The use of one account by multiple people is prohibited.

The maximum duration for one slot is 25 minutes.

The participation fee is ¥121,000 (including tax) for general participants and ¥88,000 (including tax) for organizer member companies.

We only accept credit cards, please make the payment by credit card.

Receipts can be downloaded from your My Account after the credit card payment is completed.

Pre-registration on the official website is required. After signing up for Partnering please print your “Partnering Badge Ticket” from your account My Page and be sure to bring it with you on the day.
You can then exchange this ticket for the “Partnering Badge” at the venue. Please also bring a business card/id for identification.

Meeting participation from your home or office is possible via the web conferencing system.

Yes, you can have meetings with both online participants and participants at the exhibition venue.
