Booth Location

When will the floor map be released?

The floor map is scheduled to be released to exhibitors around mid July.

Can we choose our booth location?

It is not possible to show the floor map and allow you to choose your location in advance.
The Organizer determines booth locations based on previous exhibition experience and exhibition category.

Can we choose the open sides of the booth?

Booth configuration selection is available only for standard plan

Badges

How many exhibitor badges can we receive?

We will provide the number of badges you request. There are no limitations.

How can we receive the exhibitor badges?

Badges will be distributed at a designated location during the move-in period and during the event.
Detailed information will be provided by the secretariat in September.

Preparation for Exhibition

What is the process after submitting the exhibition application?

We will conduct an "Exhibitor Briefing" (on-demand) in mid July.
The briefing will mainly cover the following:
・Package booth specifications and application method
・Rental equipment application and other various optional application forms (e.g. Electrical Supply)
・Setup and dismantling schedule
・Construction and decoration regulations
・Floor layout release

When is the reception party?

It is scheduled to be held after the first day of the event. The details will be announced to exhibitors by email in September.

Can we rent necessary items such as chairs and tables for the exhibition?

It is possible. Information will be provided during the "Exhibitor Briefing" mid-July.

When can we learn about the move-in and move-out schedule?

Information will be provided in Exhibitor Manual, which is released in mid-July

Can you introduce companies for transportation, construction, and interpretation services?
