We develop cell-free and cell-based (functional and phenotypic) assays for High-Throughput Screenings (HTS) campaigns and/or compound profiling activities in the Hit to Lead process. With our fully automated HTS stations, we cover different readouts: from fluorescence, luminescence, TR-FRET, to electrophysiology and phenotypic analysis, as well as TaqMan. Screenings can be performed with our Compound Collections (up to 425.000 small molecules) or with client’s libraries.
Among our knowhow we highlight our expertise in dealing with challenging targets, the use of iPS-derived cells, RNA – Mitochondria – Lysosomes platform, protein degradation, CRISPR/Cas9, organellar electrophysiology (manual and automated), and optogenetic tools, among others.
