There are two ways to participate in this exhibition: free admission and paid partnering.

Basic Attendance Plan for BioJapan includes access to the exhibition, seminars, and presentations at Exhibition Hall, Annex Hall and North.

In addition to basic access to Exhibition Hall, Annex hall and North, it includes access to "Partnering", in which highly engaged partnering participants gather to expand their connection for in- and out-licensing, as well as collaboration opportunities.

How can I register as a visitor?

Visitor registration will be available in July on BioJapan Official website.
Please fill out your information and ensure to bring

I registered but did not receive an email.

The following reasons are possible:
The function of the provider or others is that it is misjudged as spam mail and is sorted into spam mail (spam) etc.
Please check if it is not sorted as spam mail.
There is an error in the email address you entered when registering.
If it is not the above spam mail, there is a possibility that the email mentioned is in error. Please contact the secretariat.

What procedures are required after visitor registration?

Ensure to print "Visitor Badge" from My Page and bring it to the venue.
For those attending seminars: Download the seminar attendance ticket from My Page

I registered or visited in the past, do I need to register again this year?

Visitor registration is required every time.

Can I register as a group?

We generally do not accept advance registration for groups,
but please contact the secretariat if you plan to visit in units of tens of people.

Visitor registration is required.
After registering as a visitor, please come directly to the venue

Is online participation possible?

We do not offer online participation.

Can I enter or leave during the Organizer Seminars / Sponsor Seminars / Luncheon Seminars / Exhibitor Presentations?

Yes, it is possible. When entering or leaving during a session, please do so quietly.

Is seminar attendance free of charge?

It is free. Please register seminars you wish to attend beforehand on official website.

Please click "Seminar List" on top page of BioJapan website.

When will detailed information about Seminars / Exhibitor Presentations be available?

Seminar and Presentation List will be available in mid-August.
